Yep, returns happen, it’s ok, we want satisfied customers! If you aren’t completely satisfied with the item(s) you’ve ordered, we’ll provide a full refund on condition that you return the item(s) to us within 21 days of receipt, and in a re-saleable condition (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that aren’t in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email, [email protected], we’ll email you a returns form to enclose with your order. We’ll send the new item once the old item has been received.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods that you are returning. We don’t cover the cost of return postage but will return your new item without any additional postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
